Delivery Costs via Courier Post are calculated on the Packaged Weight and Volumetric Weight, by delivery address Zone and include Rural Delivery charges.
 
  • We are now offering FREE DELIVERY to anywhere WITHIN NEW ZEALAND.
  • If ordering On-line via our Website e-commerce function, please simply select the 'Free Shipping' option at the Checkout, which will then be shown at Zero Cost on your Receipt.
  • If requesting a Quotation or placing an Order by phone or email, 'Free Shipping' will be specified at Zero Cost on the Quotation and on the Tax Invoice.   
 
Shipping Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply where you have selected to have your goods delivered to a specified address.
 
Delivery Zones
  • We do not ship Internationally at this time.
  • The delivery address must be within New Zealand and within a 'Courier Post' Delivery Zone
  • Rural Deliveries within a 'Courier Post' Delivery Zone, will be included at no additional cost.
Shipping Charges
  • Surview Limited will not be responsible for any Re-direction Charges or Return-to- Sender Charges imposed by the Courier Company arising from an incorrect Delivery Address being provided to us.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
  • Goods will be dispatched on completion and acceptance of your order, invoicing and validation of your payment.
  • Almost all of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours, any supply issues/delays are rare and if applicable, you will be notified within 24 hours.
  • Estimated Delivery Time from dispatch, (Monday- Friday): Auckland next day, North Island 1-2 days, South Island 2-3 days.
  • Rural Delivery may take up to 1-2 days longer.
  • Urgent Couriers can be arranged at an extra charge. You are welcome to call us on 021 886633 to arrange an urgent delivery option, such as a Saturday delivery by Courier Post or Urgent / Same Day deliveries through 'Pace' or 'Sub-60' for example.
  • We will endeavour to deliver your order within any stated time frame. However we take no responsibility for any delays, or for goods not reaching the destination identified by the Customer, which are beyond our control.
Tracking & Risk In-transit.
  • Online tracking details will come to you by email once the order is collected & scanned by the Courier.
  • All orders are sent out with Courier's Liability Insurance and online Track & Trace reference details.
  • Title and Risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.
  • Damage In Transit
  • Freighted/Couriered items must be thoroughly checked inside before accepting your delivery. Please ensure all products are in good condition. As per strict courier company conditions, damaged items must be reported to us or to the Courier by the receiver within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim/replacement of the items.
